The Housing Partnership owns and operates 27 properties (90 units) for which staff and volunteers provide maintenance. Properties owned by the Housing Partnership were restored using donated materials and volunteer labor (contractors are used for skilled trades like plumbing and electric). Wire Works, a 25 unit mixed-income apartment complex that also has the Housing Partnership office building and a community meeting room, and the
Partnership Apartments, a 6 unit apartment complex designated for families displaced by domestic violence. Housing Partnership properties are located throughout Appleton, Neenah and Menasha (the majority of units are in Appleton), and include single family homes, duplexes and multi-unit complexes.
