Please note that these figures change annually. The guidelines assume that adults receiving SSI/SSDI are also receiving Caretaker Supplements for each child. If this is not the case, please contact the Housing Partnership for an alternative rent and income structure.

  

Affordable Housing (2) Minimum Income Requirements

  • Must meet a minimum income requirement which begins at $1225/month.
  • Rent is baased on the unit - rent will be lower than market rate but higher than in our other housing programs.
