The Housing Partnership has the following unit available in the Affordable Housing (2) program:

The Housing Partnership's Affordable Housing (2) program offers units with more amenities which may include large yards, basements, laundry hook ups and lower energy costs due to the age of the units.  Applicants must meet a minimum income requirement which begins at $1225/month.  Rent is based on the unit.  Rent will be lower than market rate but higher than the Housing Partnership's other programs.
