Lisa Schneider, Executive Director
Lisa Schneider has been the Executive Director of the Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities since 2006. Not new to housing, Lisa had been the Grants Administrator for the City of Appleton since 1997. She is currently the President of the Fox Cities Housing Coalition and on the Board of the State of Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care. An accountant with a social conscience, Lisa provides a unique blend of financial accountability with an openness and desire for developing creative opportunities. She has a rich history of serving on numerous housing related boards and commissions at the local and state levels as well as a variety of boards and committees related to special needs populations as Lisa has a daughter with developmental disabilities for whom she advocates for daily.
Crystal Lillge, Public Relations/Development Director
After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Crystal started full time with the Housing Partnership in May of 2010. However, Crystal was not new to the Housing Partnership. She completed summer internships with the Housing Partnership in 2007 and 2009.
As Public Relations/Development Director, Crystal will research, write, and submit grants, maintain relationships with funders, produce marketing materials, as well as use social media to spread knowledge of the organization. Crystal also plans to work with other community agencies to research the monetary benefit to the community that many affordable housing programs provide. This research will include cost savings in areas such as employment, mental health, homelessness prevention, child protection and school achievement, and crime prevention.
Emma Reiser, Rental Program Manager
Emma has worked at the Housing Partnership since 2005. Her first position with the organization was as the Administrative Assistant and she has been the Rental Program Manager since 2007. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at UW-Green Bay in Urban and Regional Studies with an emphasis on Community Development and a minor in Public Administration.
As the Rental Program Manager, Emma is responsible for the management of the Housing Partnership's rental units. Some of her duties include leasing of units, lease enforcement and communication with tenants, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Emma also oversees the application and screening processes and is responsible for maintaining tenant demographic information.
Jenni Kundinger, Case Manager
Jenni is the case manager for Housing Partnership's transitional housing program. She has come to the Housing Partnership with a Masters in Counseling and various experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She enjoys working with clients and helping them achieve their goals towards a successful and happy life.
Dorothy Olson, Life Skills Coordinator
Dorothy Olson joined the Housing Partnership staff in 2000 as the Life Skills Coordinator. Using her healthcare background, she assists clients in the Transitional and Affordable Housing programs to build skills that promote a healthy lifestyle and self-sufficiency. Dorothy's practice is based on the model of human occupations, meaning how one interacts with society effects overall wellness.
Dorothy is an adjunct staff member of Fox Valley Technical College and is on their Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Advisory Committee. She also serves on the State of Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Credentialing Board.
Mike Ninedorf, Project Manager
Mike took on the role of the Project Manager for the Housing Partnership in June of 2009. This role involves planning, budgeting, and hands on work for the construction projects and scheduling maintenance. Mike has a background in fire and water damage restoration, residential remodeling and mold and asbestos remediation. Mike is currently involved with the Harbor House facilities committee.
Lee Rossiter, Administrative Services Coordinator
Lee began at the Housing Partnership in September 2009. She is a recent graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a degree in Social Work. As the Administrative Services Coordinator, Lee is responsible for diverse tasks including screening applications, managing the wait list and coordinating office volunteers.
Nancy Seversen, Project Coordinator
Nancy has been with the Housing Partnership since February 2009. As Project Coordinator, it is her responsibility to organize materials and supplies for the various volunteer groups that donate their time and talents to the Housing Partnership. Her background and degree is in Interior Design.
Amy Seversen, Project Assistant
Amy has worked with the Housing Partnership since May 2009. As a Project Assistant, she is responsible for monthly move-out inspections when tenants vacate their current units, as well as monthly inspections to examine that proper care is taken of our properties. She has also started to do exterior inspections for the properties in order to insure a collaboration within the neighborhood that the outside home is well maintained. Her main focus though is the rehab of current units. Amy is currently attending Concordia University and works with the agency part-time.
