Lisa Schneider, Executive Director

Lisa Schneider has been the Executive Director of the Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities since 2006. Not new to housing, Lisa had been the Grants Administrator for the City of Appleton since 1997.  She is currently the President of the Fox Cities Housing Coalition and on the Board of the State of Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care.  An accountant with a social conscience, Lisa provides a unique blend of financial accountability with an openness and desire for developing creative opportunities.  She has a rich history of serving on numerous housing related boards and commissions at the local and state levels as well as a variety of boards and committees related to special needs populations as Lisa has a daughter with developmental disabilities for whom she advocates for daily.

Emma Reiser, Deputy Director

Emma has been with the Housing Partnership since 2005 and has been the Deputy Director since 2010.  Prior to her current position Emma was the Rental Program Manager for several years.  As Deputy Director, Emma is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housing Partnership, assisting with the development and management of the programs of the Housing Partnership, and developing and executing plans and strategies for the Housing Partnership.  She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at UW-Green Bay in Urban and Regional Studies with an emphasis on Community Development and a minor in Public Administration.

Crystal Lillge, Public Relations/Development Director

After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Crystal started full time with the Housing Partnership in May of 2010. However, Crystal was not new to the Housing Partnership. She completed summer internships with the Housing Partnership in 2007 and 2009.
As Public Relations/Development Director, Crystal will research, write, and submit grants, maintain relationships with funders, produce marketing materials, as well as use social media to spread knowledge of the organization. Crystal also plans to work with other community agencies to research the monetary benefit to the community that many affordable housing programs provide. This research will include cost savings in areas such as employment, mental health, homelessness prevention, child protection and school achievement, and crime prevention.

Dorothy Olson, Life Skills Coordinator

Dorothy Olson joined the Housing Partnership staff in 2000 as the Life Skills Coordinator.  Using her healthcare background, she assists clients in the Transitional and Affordable Housing programs to build skills that promote a healthy lifestyle and self-sufficiency.  Dorothy's practice is based on the model of human occupations, meaning how one interacts with society effects overall wellness.

Dorothy is an adjunct staff member of Fox Valley Technical College and is on their Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Advisory Committee.  She also serves on the State of Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Credentialing Board.

Jenni Kundinger, Child and Youth Resource Specialist

Jenni is the Child and Youth Resource Specialist for Housing Partnership's transitional housing program. She has come to the Housing Partnership with a Masters in Counseling and various experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.  She enjoys working with clients and helping them achieve their goals towards a successful and happy life.

Tara Wettstein, Case Manager

Tara graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, with her Bachelors in Social Work. She has done internships at Harbor House and also worked at the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley. As Case Manager, Tara works with the Life Skills Coordinator and Child and Youth Resource Specialist. Her ultimate goal for each family she works with is to  have them reach self-sufficiency while promoting positive community relationships and an overall sense of wellness.

Mike Ninedorf, Project Manager

Mike took on the role of the Project Manager for the Housing Partnership in June of 2009. This role involves planning, budgeting, and hands on work for the construction projects and scheduling maintenance. Mike has a background in fire and water damage restoration, residential remodeling and mold and asbestos remediation. Mike is currently involved with the Harbor House facilities committee.  

Lee Rossiter, Rental Program Manager

Lee began working at the Housing Partnership in 2009. She has a Bachelor's of Social Work from UW-Oshkosh and is currently pursuing a Master's of Social Work. As the Rental Program Manager, Lee is responsible for the management of the Housing Partnership's rental units.  Some of her duties include leasing of units, lease enforcement, communication with tenants and neighbors, maintaining up to date tenant files, reporting on rental revenue, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Chad Bonifas, Project Supervisor

Chad joined the Housing Partnership team in August 2010. Chad's background is in residential remodeling and restoration. His position as Project Supervisor deals with the prep of job sites, working with volunteer groups, and overseeing and coordinating sub-contractors.

Kendra Krisher, Administrative Services Manager

Kendra joined our team in September 2010. She has a background in healthcare and office administration. Duties as Administrative Services Manager includeVolunteer Coordinator, screening applications, database and other various office tasks. Kendra also serves as a co-coordinator for the Help for Homeless drive in Appleton

Jackie Waite, Administrative Assistant

Jackie joined our team in June 2011. Although she was not new to Housing Partnership. She volunteered as office support since September 2009. Her background is in healthcare. Duties include fielding incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate resources. Assist clients in completion of applications. General office duties.

Interns:

Jenna Schafer - Professional Counseling Intern

Jenna is currently a student working to obtain a Master's degree in Professional Counseling, with an emphasis in Community Counseling, at UW-Oshkosh and is completing her second and final internship at the Housing Partnership. Jenna received her Bachelor's degree from UW-Green Bay, double majoring in Psychology and Human Development. Jenna has had many experiences working, interning, and volunteering in a variety of community and mental health settings, but holds a special interest in working with children. Jenna works in conjunction with the supportive staff team by offering personal counseling, under supervision, to the families served by the Housing Partnership. Jenna strives to support the mental health needs of these individuals, with the intentions of helping to facilitate the goal of self-sufficiency and overall well-being.

Micah Price

Micah is a recent student intern, and will be here for the 2011-2012 academic year. He is currently a junior at Lawrence University, studying with a major in physics and music minor. Micah's internship includes connecting the Housing Partnership to other non-profits around the Appleton area to increase collaboration efforts and helping with the development of new programs within the Housing Partnership.

Chuck Demler - Wisconsin Campus Compact AmeriCorps*VISTA

AmeriCorps*VISTA fights to end poverty in the United States and the Wisconsin Campus Compact AmeriCorps*VISTA program develops the capacities of colleges and universities to join in on this fight. Housing Partnership and Lawrence University have partnered to offer a one-year public service position in Appleton through the Wisconsin Campus Compact AmeriCorps*VISTA program strengthening affordable housing programs through Lawrence's students and faculty. Chuck is excited to be the first to join in on the fight against poverty in this position.

Chuck graduated from Lawrence in June of 2011. He majored in Government, worked on just about every volunteer effort at Lawrence during his four years at Lawrence, and was employed in Lawrence's Volunteer and Community Service Center for two years. As an AmeriCorps*VISTA, Chuck splits his time between Lawrence's community service offices and the Housing Partnership. At Lawrence, he develops service learning initiatives and events for students and faculty. Chuck spends his time at Housing Partnership exploring connections and opportunities for Lawrence students with affordable housing projects. He does research about affordable housing and the benefits that affordable housing programs bring to clients and the community.

Jean Meissner - Professional Counseling Intern

Jean has her Bachelor's Degree from UWGB in Studio Arts with an Emphasis in Sculpture and Textiles. She is currently working on my Master's Degree in the Professional Counseling Program at UW-O and plans to graduate in May 2012. She is also currently taking classes at Fox Valley Technical College for a Certificate in the AODA (Addictions) Program. With HPFC, she works with clients to identify relaxation techniques to deal with stress and trauma and to help people realize their potential so they can better themselves
