What does the Housing Partnership do?
The Housing Partnership provides affordable housing and supportive services to low income families living in the Fox Cities.

What makes the Housing Partnership different than other housing organizations?
We rebuild, renovate and restore existing properties.  Our rebuilding process is done mostly by volunteers.  Additionally, we not only own and maintain our own affordable housing units, we also provide supportive services to help people learn life skills and access community resources to become self-sufficient and break the cycle of poverty.

How many people do you serve?
In 2010 we served a combined total of 273 individuals, or 89 families consisting of 110 adults and 163 children.  Average income for families is $15,636.  More than 75% have a female head of household, 20% are fleeing domestic violence and over 37% of families were previously homeless.

How do you measure the results of your programs?

  • 62% of families increased their income
  • 85% moved to permanent housing
  • 35% graduated from the Transitional Housing Program by completing four case management goals, Rent Smart, paying rent and utilities on time and passing unit inspections.
